Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, failed payment authorization, or material listing errors. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options shown at checkout.

For COD orders, you agree to pay the confirmed order amount when the parcel is delivered, subject to the stated payment arrangements.

For online orders, payment must be successfully authorized or confirmed before fulfilment where required.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers and is subject to their applicable terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated delivery time for eligible orders within Pakistan is 3–7 business days, subject to processing, stock availability, courier coverage, and other factors explained in our Shipping Policy.

We may use third-party suppliers and fulfilment services to ship products. Some orders may be dispatched from locations other than our business address.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delivery delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
